ROOMS AND APARTMENTS ARE IN DIFFERENT BUILDINGS INSIDE THE OLD TOWN.
Check-in takes place at the reception in Via Chiasso Carmelano 1 and then we will accompany you to your room.
Those who choose Albergo Diffuso Monopoli has available spread houses and rooms that are no more far than 200 meters from the "heart" of the accomodation, the reception and the café with breakfast room.

Our reception is open: FROM 9.00 TO 13.00 AND FROM 16.00 TO 19.30
Check-in is from 16.00 to 19.00 /  Check-out until 10.00

We inform all our guests that according to the Legislative Decree of 23/05/2011, n° 79, and the Circular Ministry of the Interior n° 400/A/2012/23.1.3 of 05/03/2012, also for minors is required to show an identity document with photo for registration in the facility (identity card or passport).

IF A GUEST DOESN'T HAVE A VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT CANNOT STAY OVERNIGHT.

No client can declare the identification of another guest, not even declaring to be responsible.
We regret we must point out that according to current legislation, in the event of failure to present an identity document or passport, we will have to refuse check-in in order not to incur penalties.

For minors unaccompanied by their parents, in addition to the Identity Card or Passport of the minors, a written proxy from the parents is also mandatory, bearing the dates of overnight stay and a photocopy of the parents' identity documents.
